I woke up this morning and ached all over. I hadn’t taken ibuprofen all night. It’s like getting hit by a bus.  I’d forgotten how it just plain hurts everywhere after having a baby. Sore shoulder and arm from the Tdap vaccine.  Sore back and arms and shoulders from spending most of my eight hours of active labor on my hands and knees.  Bruised butt from posterior baby.  Soreness from second degree tear.  just!! ouch!! everywhere! !
